My dad called me last night to tell me that while his students were taking a test that morning (He is a Math Prof at College of DuPage) he thought of me. He looked up at the digital clock on the wall and it was 11:11am and it instantly made him think of a when I was in middle school. He was driving me and some of my friends (most likely Linsdey Buchheister and Chris Dennison) home from watching the boys play soccar at the Glen Eyre Indoor Soccar place. (We were probably watching Ben Uvodich, Ryan Verchota, and Mike Lindberg) Any way, we were driving home and the clock in the car turned to 11:11pm and all of us girls lunged to put our fingers on the numbers to make a wish. My dad did not know this game and thought it was hilarious. We explained to him that when the clock turned 11:11 you could touch something red (i.e. the numbers on the clock) and make a wish. I had completly forgotten about that until my dad called me yesterday. Does anyone else know that game? I think it is a universal thing, like when you call “Pidditle” when you see a car with only one head light.
